Arthur Begeman, CFA, CAIA, is an Underwriter at Integral ILS and based in Bermuda
Arthur was most recently an Underwriting Associate at Elementum. In this role, he was responsible for the analysis, negotiation, and execution of property catastrophe contracts with a focus on North America treaty business. Additionally, he worked with the Bermuda-based portfolio management function to implement hedging strategies for varied mandates.
Prior to this, Arthur was a Risk Analyst at Orbis, a Bermuda headquartered investment management firm, and contributed towards the design and management of Orbis’s Enterprise Risk Management framework. He had responsibilities related to both operational and portfolio risk management.
Arthur is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst. He received a BSc Hons with Distinction from Queen’s University in Canada.
